BRIEF

• To design and develop pieces of collateral to be used within display homes, consistent with existing branding

• To design and develop signage for the admin office door and display home office that is simple and consistent with existing branding

• To design and develop billboards to advertise new display homes as well as new marketing campaigns consistent with existing branding

OUTCOME

Promotional flags, a-frame signs and floor mat for use at display homes to engage and greet clients as they arrive.

Admin office door signage and display home signage that is modern, on-brand and provides the necessary information to new and existing clients.

Two alternative billboard designs that advertise the new display homes and new marketing campaign.
